At Servette Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and kitchenware. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in resalable condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
